Introduction

First, it will allow the current team to work more efficiently by maximizing the existing space.
Secondly, it will increase the office space to allow more missionaries to serve and expand this work.

Time is short and the size of the investment is significant. The property is valued at $1.7 million (sales’ price + necessary renovations). By end of July, we are believing the Lord to speak to people's hearts and raise the final $1.1 million we need to purchase the property.
The owner has granted us priority and afterwards the property will be put up for sale on the market. If someone else buys it, the direct consequences will be that we’ll have to leave within the next 2 years. The fact that the present owner has decided to sell is an answer to our prayers and we feel strongly in our hearts that God is asking us to take that step of faith!
